Red Robin America's Gourmet

First, they were not as busy as I have seen. This was a Thursday night, Oct 3rd. Waiting to be seated seemed like it took longer than it should. After we were seated, we literally waited 20 minutes and no one waited on us. We asked host if they knew who was helping us. The host left, a waiter came by, but not to us. We waited another couple minutes, it was as if we were literally invisible. Not sure what changed but this is not the same place we loved. I just could not wait any longer so we got up and left. I am glad we did. My son was disappointed because he really likes Red Robin. We went to Big Fish, across the parking lot, we were seated promptly, given really good bread right away, and order was taken promptly. I am willing to pay more for better food and better service.

As usual Red Robin was wonderful. I had a vegan burger which was great conformed in the Whiskey River version. I love the little onion rings they put on that burger and the sauce is great. I had to strawberry lemonade to drink and of course free refills with fries as well can't be beat definite plus.

This was my best experience at a Red Robin! The service was awesome, my waiter Nicholas made my experience way better. He’s good at his job and was very polite and patient with our table. He constantly check in with our table and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely worth a larger tip.

I had cod and shrimp with endless fries and it was great. The waiter Will was also wonderful. Definately 5 stars.

Always a family favorite. Now that I'm eating healthier, I like that I can choose sides like broccoli instead of fries and a gluten-free but or lettuce wraps for my Burger. I tried the Impossible Burger for the first time and have to say it was amazing!

Consistently good burgers - my absolute favorite is tha A1 peppercorn - and always great steak fries. Their prices have stayed reasonable through the years and the have a solid selection of beers on tap. Weve been going for literally decades and they never disappoint.

Tried the prime rib dip and it was awesome.

They were good. Not this place, but at the bothell red robin, I order a cup of clam chowder, they come out with a Lillie dish & charged us $4.95. It is ridiculous. Corporate office, you need to change the little dish into a cup. It is not right & the price is ridiculous, it should like $2.50, half the original cost. Corporate office, change it. I have gone to other restaurants, they do not do that.

I'd of given it zero stars but u can't... They screwed my to go order 3 times before I left with it then got home to see instead of the bonzai sauce I asked for I got hot wing sauce on my clucks... My got its like nothing I said even registered..... If my service was this poor I wouldn't work in a food industry my God pay attention

Quality Service, excellent crew. I ordered a custom cheeseburger and it came out exactly the way I ordered it chef is top-notch, crew is friendly and easy-to-understand definitely would recommend

Great experience. Service was great, very attentive. Quickly refilled drinks and bottomless fries.

Salad was mediocre and had chopped onion which i don't remember being in the description and was too small to pick out. Only had like 5 jalapeno rings and a few black beans. I wouldn't call this a southwest salad.

I adore this restaurant very much. theres a special ambiance. The cuisine is very tasty. the service is dynamic and the crew is polite. The price is decent. I definitely recommend.

A shout out to Boris!! A couple of days ago we went in at 330p and asked if we could sit outside to enjoy the sun. The greeter said there was only one server but he would ask to see if we could. He came back and said we could but said that the service may not be as fast because there was just the one server at that time. FALSE! Not only was the service fast but our server was friendly and made sure everything was to our liking. Both the greeter (sorry I didn't get your name) and Boris were very pleasant. Boris, we appreciate you letting us enjoy the sun and thank you for great service! Somebody give that man a raise!

Jumbo shrimp is great. Chicken bruschetta sandwich tastes like scrumptious. Decent staff, clean place. Crowded always and that's a good sign!

Brianna was our waitress in the bar and she was fantastic! She was so fun and real with us and of course the food was tasty. She kept our table neat and made us feel at home. Red Robin is always a pretty standard fare but she made it a great experience.

We've been to many Red Robin's over the years, but just recently visited the downtown Woodinville WA location. We've been there twice in the last week. The 1st visit Mitch was our server and he was great, very friendly, and quick with getting our orders and following up with refills. This last visit Emiley was our server and despite being busier than the previous visit she was so quick and almost psychic the way she anticipated our needs, do you know what I mean? My wife said, She's on it! Both visits our food was very good with the last visit the salmon was exceptional!We found our new favorite restaurant!

We really enjoyed our food! Red Robin continues to have good burgers at decent prices.On the other hand our service was terrible. "bottomless drinks" doesn't mean anything if our drinks are left empty both before and for fifteen minutes after we receive our food. Same issue with "bottomless sides" and our bill. Each time we had to find and flag down our server which really defeats the point of "service". Still all in all not the end of the world.

Food is reliably average and way overpriced. Thought it was hilarious that they're asking an additional $3.50 to make your burger a 'Beyond' burger. 😂

Was excited the Woodinville location was back open for curbside. Well that was a horrible idea. Ordered burgers, told us 20 mins till it would be ready. No how about an hour. People came and went as we sat waiting for our food. Finally came and was cold. The worst, they never even apologized.

First impression is everything. On my entrance to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews I was not greeted and there were also other people standing around basically waiting for some one to say hi and find some seats for them. I chose the bar. Little did I know this would make up 10 fold for the distasteful 1st impression. The staff was fast and respectful. The young lady serving my table was fast on the drink refills and very on point when it came for check out. The food was nothing extraordinary it was what you expect from Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews. It was good and filling. Price is a bit high for what you get but not a deal breaker.The quality I like the most here was the service. Hands down good. Would I recommend eating at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews? Yes. If your looking for a good place to have a party or just to come get some lunch it's good.

Red Robin used to be a burger place but something has happened with the quality of the food; you used to get these really awesome gourmet burgers that exceeded the reputation of the chain, and that's gone. Stills good place to drop by for something quick.

Just came for a quick drink, and had good service. Could have been a bit faster but it was busy. Nice location

Food is good but the lady who helped us placing our order over the phone is not very friendly. She was rushing us when we were on the phone.

I like this location a lot better than the Bothell one. I feel like it’s better to go during happy hour though as the price for 2 burgers and 2 beers feels like more than it is worth. I feel like I could have eaten somewhere a bit nicer for the price. I do like that you can substitute chicken breast for burgers etc. we will probably be back, but will go during happy hour next time.

I go to this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite restaurant to eat. I go there routinely. The food is of high quality, the workers are helpful and the prices are decent. I like going in this spot over a decent dinner.

We had an impromptu surprise 90th birthday party for a family friend. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Very clean, spacious bathrooms. Huge parking area. If you are coming from I405, take my suggestion and follow your Google maps because it's a twisty drive to get there. But the directions work! Nice shopping area with tons of stores.

Fun watt staff and bartenders. Great burgers and some very tasty (non-alcoholic) drinks. Reasonable prices

Definitely recommend sitting in the bar if you want to get a seat in a timely manner. If the menu looks daunting, kindly ask for their allergy menu and they'll bring you an iPad with options for gluten-free, vegan, shellfish-free, etc. And yes, they have the Impossible Burger! Their veggie patty is also vegan and pretty good too, if they happen to be out. Happy hour is also great, I loved their margaritas. Service is super friendly and helpful.The only reason I give it 4 stars is the only vegan side is steamed broccoli. Why not the fries? :( I learned the truth too late!

Red Robin is okay. Their food can be expensive, but all-in-all, they have good service and food. They could improve their walk-in orders to go system but when we went they were transitioning, so they might have fixed that.

I am a huge Red Robin fan and have been to many different stores over the years. The food here was good, but service was definitely very scattered. A lot of people standing around doing nothing, our server was covering tables in all areas and had no idea how to use the ordering system on the phone and so every table took extremely long time to take an order and he never had time to come back and check on us. The kiosk at our table was broken so we couldn't get the check, we asked someone upfront if they could help and they said they'd get our server who was taking an order from another table that we could see for over 5 minutes, and so we ended up waiting over 20 minutes (with two fussy toddlers in tow) to try to get our bill. I normally don't mind paying through the kiosk but many times I've gone it seems to not be working and still requires the server to get your bill so in the end it doesn't save any time.

Came in on a busy night and sat in the bar with some friends. "Not Mitch" was our server and is hands down one of my favorite servers I have ever had! Felt like he was an extension of our friend group who genuinely had fun with us! Food came out quickly with no errors! Awesome experience! Way to be "Not Mitch," way to be!!

Sarah is always awesome. I love the bottomless caesar salad with my burger. I always get the mad love burger. It's so good. My husband almost always gets the black and bleu. I would like to try something else one of these days, but why mess with perfection?
